Returns
Due to the nature of our book boxes and the unique items curated for each, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged item or are missing an item from your box, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis if items are damaged or missing. Please provide us with photos of any damaged items, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Refund requests must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your box.
Non-Refundable Items
All custom or personalized items, such as add-ons or special limited-edition boxes, are non-refundable. Sale and clearance items are also final sale.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 10-14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
Shipping Rates
We offer USPS Ground shipping to the U.S. and Puerto Rico currently. Please note that shipping rates may vary depending on your location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend tracking your package closely and contacting your carrier if issues arise.
Subscription Policy
Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 5th of each month. You can manage your subscription and make any changes to your renewal date, payment information, or box preferences in your account.
Skipping or Pausing a Month
Need to skip a month? No problem! You can pause or skip your subscription for any given month by logging into your account or contacting us before the renewal date.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that cancellations must be made before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month’s box.
